Refund policy

General return/refund considerations:

Yes: We will accept returns on all items within 30 days if not used
We will accept used items with a manufacturing issue, (tread comes out or stitching unravels, breaks down (water tester), etc) we can either replace or refund.

No: items ruined by normal wear and tear ( our bags are made to last but sometimes they get damaged by over use or regular use.

Maybe: Water tester and pool lab may be returned after the 30 days depending on the situation, you may be asked to contact the manufacturer on some warranty issues etc., please contact the returns department to discuss.
